Berry Post Workout Smoothie

This is my favorite go to post workout smoothie. I either use raspberries, blue berries or mixed berries.
Ingredients
1 Cup of frozen Raspberries (can use Blueberries or mixed berries)
1 Serving of Berry protein powder (can use vanilla or chocolate)
300 mls of Oat milk (or rice, almond or soy)
1 Tbs Nut butter
1 Tbs of Chia seeds
Instructions
Blend together until smooth and serve
