Introducing Food to your training

I hear time and time again from runners who are starting on their Ultra distance journey "I can't eat when I run" or "If I eat I feel sick". What you eat during those longer sessions and events can be detrimental to your Ultra experience and overall health. Having a robust approach to introducing real food will support better outcomes for your training and events.
