Messy Egg Burrito

Wanting to add that extra protein in for breakfast? This is a quick and easy recipe that does just that. You should be able to prepare and cook under 10 mins also making this a great option for post workout fueling.


1 wrap of your choice (I've used Farrah's wholegrain)

3 Eggs

1 Tbsp. Parsley

1 Handful of spinach

3-5 Mushrooms

1/4 Avocado

1 Tbsp. Feta

Salt & Pepper to season (optional)


1. Heat frying pan over heat, add olive oil and eggs, mess the eggs up with a fork. 2. Sprinkle over the parsley, and mix into the egg. flip and fold egg to a size that will fit your wrap. Egg will look like a combo of semi scrambled and an omelet. If you prefer scrambled eggs do this. 3. Add your mushrooms to the other half of the pan and sauté. Sprinkle spinach over when wilts everything should be cooked. 4. Lay your wrap out on a plate, place your egg mix, top with the veges, layer your avocado, sprinkle your feta. 5. Fold your wrap. I fold in each end, then fold over 1 side and roll while tucking in the ends.

Note: Feel free to mix up the veges!
